Norovirus is transmitted by contact from any surface, an infected person or by eating contaminated food and drink. Symptoms of Norovirus are a sudden onset of vomiting and diarrhoea , also high temperature,headache and stomach cramps. The illness normally resolves itself in 1 or 2 days.
